McDonald's in Alfter

I will never come back here. The staff is extremely unfriendly and simply anti-social.

This is the second time I have vomited from eating there after visiting (the last time was a few years ago). The lettuce leaves were rotten. I will definitely not be back as it was probably not an isolated incident.

The nuggets taste like they did 3 days ago, it's slowly getting me excited, that's inhuman

This is not a negative review because of a single visit, but we (family with children) have been here at least once a month for six years because it is the only MCD in our area. In short, this is the worst managed MCD franchise we know. With the drive, there is a major mistake in almost half of the cases. Not just a missing sauce, but a whole burger missing, etc. In the restaurant, this is the messiest of all MCD. Managers prefer to flirt than supervise their staff. Even outside of peak hours, the tables are not mopped regularly and the garbage stations overflow while managers and staff chat. Not a good report for the MCD headquarters either, which has apparently been allowing this franchisee to do so for years (!). It's a shame, because we're actually MCD fans.

You can't complain about the food at mc Donalds, it tastes equally good everywhere ... but the staff here is under all bogus, I've been here at least 10 times and each time you have to wait 10 minutes until someone comes to the mc drive counter and they are so slow because I'm faster when I drive to the mc Donalds at the distribution circle.

Like Corona customers, the staff is annoyed and the mood is dampened. The food is like any other MCD. Sometimes something colder, sometimes something warmer. And generally the staff is ok.

Despite Corona partial lockdown, super nice service. Drive in is open, up to 4 guests can come and order locally.

Very dirty tables and benches. Change, almost 5 euros, simply pressed into your hand in 0.20 cents.

Apple pocket was lukewarm, the drinks were not stirred, so syrup and chocolate would have been placed on the bottom and coffee and milk on top ... Otherwise everything was mostly okay ...

Unfortunately, there is always little choice in the McCafe. There is also a regular lack of milk alternatives. Otherwise everything is fine.

I'm very satisfied. The staff is very friendly, it is very clean and the service is really great, I will be back here again.

Why is there soooo often something missing in the bag at issue? Don't you just have to read?

Nice Angebote fast Service a but messy

Before traveling to Germany, I was told by locals how much better McD Germany is. I'm unimpressed, quality of food is about the same, service tends lower than in the states. It's McDonald's. Better food at better prices are easily found here.

Terrible, you should take action, everyone works without gloves, scratches in your ear and then makes food, wipes off your pants, without an apron at all ... disgusting !!!!

Food was standard as every other McDonald on this planet. The personnel was extremely motivated and highly energetic, it took almost ten minutes in the drive in to get two chickenburgers. Unbelievable!

I have been here many times its ok all the time but yesterday on 23rd December 2016 the food i took away was totally cold and was unable to eat :(

Cheap and fast - not really gourmet food but let's not forget we're talking about McDonald's.
